Coaching can be the thing that transforms your life and High Performance Coaching is different to other coaching programs. Coaching is a little different than mentoring. The difference in High Performance Coaching versus all the other coaching out there is the way it is structured to move you ahead. That’s why you need me, your High Performance Coach, because no matter what’s happened in your life, no matter whether you move towards your goal or didn’t move towards your goal, every session there’s a curriculum in which I’m going to ask you questions to help you grow and advance as a person and a contributor, no matter what your goals are. The way that High Performance Coaching is structured is every session has an outcome that is moving you towards High Performance as a person, no matter what you do so that you can have confidence that every single time we connect, I will move you forward, no matter what’s going on in your world!

CLARITY
The first reason people hire me as their High Performance Coach is for clarity. You know you need a new level of focus. You need a new level of understanding, of certainty, of confidence in where you’re going. You need that objective person asking you intelligent, thoughtful, provoking questions that help you break through.
CONGRUENCE
Another reason people have me as their High Performance Coach is for congruence. If you say something is important to you and you don’t stick to it, as your coach who has your best interests in mind, I will keep you accountable with no judgement. I’ll let you know about it and do it in a caring way, but I’ll keep you congruent.

Personal and professional development should be approached holistically. As your Career Mentor, I work you 1:1 on a monthly session basis focusing on both your personal and professional development. Little Voice Mentoring
This program consists of a series of intense questions and processes designed to get you to dig down deep into your subconscious minds, recognize any hidden Little Voice issues that may be still running you so you can gain huge realizations, aha moments and wins! Most programs may deliver a few aha moments but they don’t deliver the insights that’s needed for serious personal development. Nor does the mentor always have the experience needed to help you process any aha moments so you can be in the best position to make the most of your realizations.

This program provides participants with an opportunity to recognise and then apply what makes communication most effective and resonant.
Participants will go through a seven step
process based on the TED journey of talk development. Participants will leave with a new approach to all forms of communication where the content and audience are at the centre.
This workshop is designed so that the participant will continue their learning beyond the two days and bring the concepts to life in all modes of communication.

In this talk, I uncover what resilience really means and what’s so great about that is once you understand what it looks, sounds and feels like, you find it much easier to recover from setbacks.
I also talk about the 3 main elements that resilient people possess and what’s so great about that is once you see what these are you realise that it is actually very simple to become much more powerful in everything that you do.
And lastly, I talk about how you can develop resilience and what’s so great about that is you see that it is like a muscle and there are practices which you can do to make resilience stronger in you!
